Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • You are in charge of the full recruitment process of all positions: lawyers (junior associates and experienced), students/interns and support functions
  • You manage the full recruitment process: intake with the hiring partner, advertising of the vacancy, define the right sourcing channels, screening and interviewing of candidates, analysis of test results, advising hiring partner in final selection, discuss and negotiate the financial package with candidates, etc.
  • You work closely with Marketing for the internal as well as external events for students
  • You organize and participate in campus events and job days
  • You ensure smooth communication with all internal as well as external stakeholders
  • You organize the onboarding program for new associates and employees, including giving information sessions
  • You participate in (inter)national projects e.g. employer branding, onboarding, optimizing the recruitment process …
  • You maintain a strong network and are active on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
  • You report to the Head of HR

  • You are a dynamic person with a positive attitude who can inspire others
  • You know how to convince others, are pro-active and discreet
  • You have very good organizational skills and can work autonomously
  • You are service-oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • You are flexible and can work with short deadlines
  • You have a bachelor of master degree and a first relevant recruitment experience (recruitment services, law firm, human resources …)
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch and very good knowledge of English and the other national language (Dutch/French).
  • You are willing to travel for Job events in Belgium and possibly (occasionally) abroad, e.g. in London.
  • Ideally you are SHL-certified or do have experience with other assessment tools
