We could think of a number of reasons not to involve our youngest lawyers in major projects. They have no experience, are impulsive and do not know the conventional solutions. But we do not sit around waiting for someone who can tell us about the well trodden path. For, fresh ideas are also created by people who are new to the profession. This means that you will immediately become an essential member of our team.

TRAINING

On-the-job training is important at Loyens & Loeff, whether during spur-of-the-moment consultations or just by dropping in on a colleague for guidance. All this and more in an informal professional atmosphere. Because we believe that active exchange is the life blood of any organization.

You will also be able to attend internal and external seminars and study days and take part in working meetings within the practice groups.

But Loyens does not focus solely on professional technical training. The Loyens & Loeff Academy offers a foundation program across an array of skills. General communication and presentation skills for attorneys, building networks, business development … to name just a few.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Your personal mentor will keep a sharp eye on you, ensuring you produce your very best. Personal development is also evaluated during the annual performance review and the follow-up interview.
