All this in an informal and casual work atmosphere. We practice an open-door policy and questions are welcome. Active interchange is our life blood.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We see the annual performance review and follow-up interview as major opportunities to evaluate your personal development. Later in your career, an external Benelux committee will study closely a number of your cases and give an objective appraisal. A great way to shape a future career.
As a mentor, you can share your experience with the entry-level associates. Instructive for them, but also beneficial for the further development of your skills as a people manager.
