We are not obsessed by ‘billable hours.’ Rather, we provide an environment that encourages you to take additional seminars or get more professional training. On-the-job training is important at Loyens & Loeff. Whether during spur-of-the-moment consultations or just by dropping in on a colleague for advice. All this in an informal and casual work atmosphere. We practice an open-door policy and questions are welcome. Active interchange is our life blood.

In addition to professional technical training, the Loyens & Loeff Academy provides workshops covering a wide range of skills.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

We see the annual performance review and follow-up interview as major opportunities to evaluate your personal development. Later in your career, an external Benelux committee will study closely a number of your cases and give an objective appraisal. A great way to shape a future career.

As a mentor, you can share your experience with the entry-level associates. Instructive for them, but also beneficial for the further development of your skills as a people manager.

Loyens & Loeff is also open to your initiatives. A number of your colleagues combine their career at Loyens & Loeff with a university teaching post, for example.
